Royal Agricultural University Hand Foraged Sloe Gin Liqueur
In collaboration with the Royal Agricultural University we proudly bring to you this modern take on a seasonal sloe gin. Utilising our handcrafted 100% Organic and award winning London Dry Gin as the base spirit which is macerated with wild sloe berries foraged by the University’s students, we are on to a winner here.
Produced in the Cotswolds by our Award winning distillers. This British Polo Gin ® Sloe Gin Liqueur has been macerated with sloes found on the University estate and surrounding areas but combined with only half the sugar a classic farmhouse house sloe gin recipe. Then infused with warming winter spices of orange, cinnamon, ginger and cardamom and allowed to steep, developing a uniquely warming flavour over time.
The result? A remarkably rich, deep and rewarding sloe gin liqueur.
This gin would make a perfect fireside snifter during the Winter months, or perhaps shake it up a little, drunk long with ginger ale or your favourite bubbles for a refreshing Summer thirst slaker?
