 Ladies and Gentleman this week British Polo Gin brings you the ultimate Bank Holiday Weekend Cocktail ‘The High Goal’

So follow these steps, sit back, relax and enjoy the sunshine (yes, sunshine shock horror!)

So let’s start with the basics, here is what you need:

 

50ml British Polo Gin No.4 Strawberry & Rose

Two Strawberries

Half a lime

Half a Teaspoon of sugar

125 ml Fevertree Elderflower Tonic

 

Method to our fantastic madness:

1.    Chop two deliciously ripe and juicy strawberries, half a lime and tip into a tumbler of your choice

2.    Add half a teaspoon of sugar

3.    Muddle the contents together

4.    Then to get the party started…add your British Polo Gin Strawberry & Rose

5.    Add a lashing of Fevertree Elderflower

6.    Mix together and we give you ‘The High Goal’
