CCS Rugby End of Season Social & Awards - Saturday 17th May 2025

Following the success of last year's awards evening we are delighted to be hosting the end of season social and awards night up at Ruby's once more. Tickets are priced at £30.00 and will include two courses, two drinks (one welcome drink and one from the bar and party games.

£3.00/ticket and £0.50/drink purchased from the bar will go back to the club.

The evening will run to the following schedule:

• 18:30: Arrival at with complimentary welcome drink
• 19:30 to 20:30: Buffet Supper from the Horseshoe BBQ featuring seasonal salads and free range burgers followed by a summery Eaton Mess. GF and/or Vegan options available on request
• 20:30 to 21:15: End of Season Awards
• 21:15 to 22:30: Party Games
• 22:30: Taxi trip back to Norton, Cheltenham or Tewkesbury

Dress Code? Smart Casual

Can I bring a plus one? Absolutely, but please buy them a ticket!

Can minors buy tickets? Yes, but their complimentary drinks will be alcohol free.

What is Ruby's? Ruby's is an events venue and sponsor of CCS Warpigs. It is operated by British Polo Gin which is owned by Rich Hine who plays for CCS Warpigs. It's a great space for parties as there's plenty of parking, an unpretentious but fun set up and not overlooked so we can all have a good knees up! NB Ruby's is in a barn so please do bring a jacket or jumper incase it's terrible weather

Where is Ruby's? Door to door, Ruby's is 25 minutes from CACSSA. Please follow the What3Words link to find the venue :).

Parking? There is plenty of parking at the venue and you'd be welcome to collect your car between 10:30 and 12:30 on Sunday 18th May - the gates by which you entered will be open between these times.

What's happening with taxis? We will book taxis to drop guests off at either Norton School, Tewkesbury (Black Bear) or Cheltenham (Queen's Hotel). Please specify which location you'd like to be dropped off at in the order comments section of our checkout
